INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

You’re a lone wolf. A renegade. We get you. That’s why we have so many individual workout options available. Wanna lay into of of our padded up trainers?  GO FOR IT! No problem. Jonesing for a quick 30 minutes of H.I.I.T.?  Drop into the Circuit and Crush it out with our ever present circuit coach!  You chart your fitness course. We’ll be the compass.

Described by Forever Sports magazine as a ‘yoga regime designed for boxers that became a fitness phenomenon’,BoxingYoga™ is a powerful yoga-based training system; improving physical strength and flexibility to maintain optimal health, prevent injury and maximize performance.

Born at Total Boxer in London in 2012 to support both recreational and competitive fighters, BoxingYoga™ is a challenging work-out whatever your level of fitness or sporting background.

After taking the UK and Europe by storm, BoxingYoga™ can today be found in boxing clubs, yoga studios, health centres and sporting institutions around the world, from Los Angeles, California to Auckland, New Zealand.  In Canada our First Coach-In-Training comes from White Collar Boxing Company in Airdrie Alberta and cannot be found anywhere else in Canada!

BOXING

The boxing classes are exceedingly helpful, hands-on, filled with fun and upbeat. Men, women and children from the age of 8 years and older can register for the classes. Our boxing classes comprise of a workout we set up to meet the demands and objectives you have planned for yourself. You’ll be bestowed with the following after each boxing class.

Our boxing classes that occur for the  duration of an hour, can assist you in burning 800-1000 calories, as you build your muscle and make your core all the more stronger, which eventually helps you to attain your goals! Our boxing class is the ultimate place to strengthen your body and build-up your stamina.

KICKBOXING

Our kick boxing classes are a tried and tested method to gain fitness and burn 800 to 1000 calories while keeping stress at bay. It is a meticulous workout comprised of controlled punching along with kicking movements, which are undertaken with the discipline and skill that is necessary for martial arts. People who perform kickboxing in kick boxing classes on a regular basis have witnessed substantial improvements in fitness, while giving away the feelings of anger and frustration. Indulging into kickboxing can enhance your balance, coordination, flexibility and endurance and offers an adequate way to accomplish total body workout while getting accustomed to all sorts of self-defense techniques.

White Collar Boxing Company excels in an admired form of kickboxing named as cardiovascular (cardio) or aerobic kickboxing. This method merges elements of throwing punches and getting started with kickstand martial arts to offer toning and physical conditioning during the kick boxing classes being offered. Cardio Kickboxing mostly contains 15 minute of warm-up, which may comprise of stretching and exercises labeled tabata like; it is then followed by a kickboxing session of half an hour that consists of knee strikes, punches and kicks. The workouts come to an end with a superb abs-routine and stretch to cool down the body.
